This wine has a fresh palate of ripe red berryfruits, plum and currants. Its silken texture contains hints of liquorice and forest floor. Spicy oak and fine tannins give length to the wine. The attractive and complex bouquet suggests raspberry, cherry, stewed plums, hints of tar and clove. Great with lamb, cold meats, spicy dishes or goats cheese.
